Role Summary:

You will lead the team within the machine shop to manufacture small batch, special and prototype items ensuring that the maximum utilisation is achieved through the effective deployment and management of the CNC Setters and Operators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example and promote a culture of excellence and innovation within the team.
  • Develop and implement effective production plans to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
  • Manage and motivate the CNC Setter and Operator team to achieve maximum productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and control costs, quality, and safety standards within the machine shop.
