We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Water Hygiene Administrator to join our team at SOCOTEC UK Limited. As a key member of our Water Hygiene team, you will provide administrative support to our UKAS-accredited water hygiene team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with administrative tasks, including production of quotations and purchasing.
- Produce schematic drawings for Legionella Risk Assessment reports using AutoCAD or similar software.
- Undertake typing as required, typically, Legionella Risk Assessments.
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Experience in administration work environments.
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to work well under pressure with a focus on deadlines.
- Knowledge of CAD is desirable but not essential.
