Quality Service Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in providing exceptional care to individuals with mental health conditions and learning disabilities.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in creating a supportive and nurturing environment where residents can thrive. You will work closely with them to implement individualized care plans, ensuring their well-being and promoting their independence.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Deliver personalized support based on individual care plans, fostering a sense of purpose and accomplishment for each resident.
  • Engage residents in meaningful activities that promote social interaction, cognitive stimulation, and physical well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration, always prioritizing safety and dignity.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic environment, adhering to strict health and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure seamless care delivery and a positive living experience for all residents.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 months paid UK experience in a care home or supported living service.
  • Two professional care-related references.
  • Up-to-date mandatory training certificates or willingness to complete training (we offer subsidized online courses).
  • Enhanced DBS Certificate covering Adults and Children.
  • Access to your own vehicle due to limited public transport options in the rural location.
Compensation:

£11.50 per hour
