Job Description

As an SEN Teacher at Westbourne School, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education services to our students, catering to their diverse needs and abilities.

Responsibilities include:

  • To devise, implement, and review individual education plans, ensuring alignment with the Head Teacher's objectives.
  • To organize the classroom environment, resources, and student groupings to create a stimulating learning situation suitable for all students.
  • To ensure the safety of students while on and off site, adhering to risk assessments and guidelines.

Essential Qualifications:

UK QTS or equivalent is mandatory. A strong understanding of differentiation and individualized learning strategies is also required.
