Job Title: Production Planner

At The Compleat Food Group, we're seeking a skilled Production Planner to support our Clitheroe site in creating demand for Production by analyzing sales forecasts, stock holdings, and site capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain production plan templates with accurate product information
Update date sheets with correct details
Collect and assess information about Finished Goods storage off-site vs sales demand and forecast
Prepare reports on production performance and site achievements
Troubleshoot problems during production, including staff shortages and machinery malfunctions
Determine customer requirements
Liaise with NPD regarding trials and product launches
Forward planning, looking at forecasts and capacity for the next week/month/quarter

Requirements:

Food manufacturing experience within an FMCG environment
HACCP/Food Safety Training/basic knowledge
Planning, organization, and project management
Communicating at different levels of seniority
Identifying solutions
Good level of Excel knowledge/experience
