Job Purpose

To provide high-quality support to our Private Client Financial Planners in delivering exceptional financial planning services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting financial planning reports to meet and exceed activity targets.
  • Developing and maintaining technical and market awareness knowledge to assist in providing effective advice.
  • Maintaining CPD requirements and logging as appropriate.
  • Negotiating and agreeing contract placements with clients.
  • Ensuring correct compilation and completion of applications and schemes in accordance with internal and regulatory standards.
  • Recording and maintaining information on Intelligent Office for efficient workflow management and record-keeping.
  • Filing and storing records and files in accordance with internal standards.
  • Applying internal and regulatory standards as specified in procedural manuals and handbooks.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of financial planning principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Intelligent Office.
