We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Advisor to join our team at Quilter Financial Planning and assist clients in securing the best mortgage deals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with our established Estate Agency team to help customers purchase their dream home while taking care of all their mortgage and protection needs.
  • Provide comprehensive mortgage advice to a diverse range of clients.
  • Assess clients' financial circumstances to determine suitable mortgage products.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the mortgage market and related financial products.
  • Liaise with lenders, estate agents, and solicitors to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Prepare and submit detailed mortgage applications on behalf of clients.
  • Offer guidance on protection products related to the mortgage process, such as life insurance and home insurance.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor, preferably within an estate agency setting.
  • A strong track record in generating new sales and following through to completions.
  • A strong understanding of the mortgage market and financial regulations.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development.
