Key Responsibilities- Build relationships with our Estate Agency partners through training and support.
- Provide comprehensive mortgage advice to a diverse range of clients.
- Assess clients' financial circumstances to determine suitable mortgage products.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the mortgage market and related financial products.
- Liaise with lenders, estate agents, and solicitors to ensure smooth transactions.
- Prepare and submit detailed mortgage applications on behalf of clients.
- Offer guidance on protection products related to the mortgage process, such as life insurance and home insurance.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- CeMAP qualification.
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor, preferably within an estate agency setting, with a strong track record in generating new sales and following through to completions.
- Strong understanding of the mortgage market and financial regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of numeracy and attention to detail.
