Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Operations Analyst to join our client's Private Investment Office in the City of London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management and administration of investment portfolios, including equities, hedge funds, fixed income, private equity, property, derivatives, and alternative lending.
  • Provide administrative support to the investment team, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including investment managers, traders, and other support teams.
  • Collaborate with the investment team to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in an Operations related role within the financial services industry, or a relevant degree in finance, economics, or accounting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
