About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our Rapha Cafe team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing top-notch service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks to our customers
  • Sell and serve a variety of baked goods and food items to our clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers to ensure a loyal customer base
  • Maintain a clean and organized cafe environment to meet our high standards
  • Stay up-to-date on our products and services to effectively engage with customers and promote our brand
  • This is a part-time role, requiring flexibility and adaptability
