About the Role: As a skilled Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating sales and building strong relationships with kitchen manufacturers & retailers in the North of the UK. This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to develop and execute a strategic sales plan, driving business growth and expansion.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the KBB industry or related sectors. You will need to possess excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

This full-time permanent position offers a competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 DOE, plus bonus, hybrid car, fuel, phone, laptop, expenses, and private medical benefits. In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a comprehensive package that includes

Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets within your region

* Identify and engage with potential customers, including kitchen manufacturers, dealers, and distributors, to build and expand the customer base

* Conduct regular sales visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to promote the range of products

* Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs effectively

* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers

* Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities

* Collaborate closely with the internal sales team and other local departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
