UK Pest Compliance Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated UK Pest Compliance Manager to join our team at Deeside Head Office. This role involves ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards for pest control across multiple sites.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective pest management systems.
- Conduct regular site reviews and audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate pest control strategies into overall business operations.
- Maintain accurate records of pest control activities and performance metrics.
- Communicate with stakeholders, including contractors and regulatory bodies.
- Provide expert guidance on pest-related matters, including legislative compliance and best practices.
- Train and develop team members to enhance their knowledge and skills in pest management.
- Liaise with external authorities to address pest-related concerns and issues.
- Drive business improvement initiatives focused on pest control and related areas.
- BPCA Certified Advanced Technician or RSPH Level 3 in Pest Management.
- Level 3 Food Safety Qualification.
- Level 3 Health & Safety Qualification.
- Knowledge of HACCP and Food Safety Programs.
- Legislation of pest control and ability to identify business risks.
- Proven experience managing pest compliance at a multi-site food business.
- Understanding of relevant legislation and legal frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
