Job Description

At Neko London, we're seeking a seasoned Creative Retoucher to join our team of talented artists. As a Senior Retoucher, you'll work on a broad range of projects for advertising, automotive, still life, beauty, product, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-end retouching across various digital and print formats.
  • Collaborate with producers to assess new briefs and advise on project timelines.
  • Lead by example with large projects from initial brief through to final delivery.
  • Develop and enhance client briefs, adding value and managing expectations.
  • Mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise and insights.
  • Liaise directly with clients and collaborate with internal teams for smooth project execution.

Requirements:

  • A strong portfolio showcasing diverse retouching skills.
  • Expertise in Photoshop and related software, techniques, and approaches.
  • A comprehensive knowledge of post-production workflows, colour management, and technical specifications for digital and print.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and be a natural team player.
  • Ability to handle multiple accounts with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
