We're seeking a Senior Image Retoucher to join our E-commerce team in the Merton Office on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional image editing and retouching services for photography, adhering to quality control guidelines and feedback.
  • Take ownership of retouching key website categories from capture to delivery, meeting agreed timelines.
  • Collaborate with Senior Retouchers to develop a diverse range of images and categories during seasonal and online selling periods.
  • Expand tools and techniques to optimize batch processing, resizing, and cropping.
  • Develop expertise in invisible mannequins, model, product, and jewelry images.
  • Work with Senior Retouchers during peak studio intake on outstanding image editing and color check/match images with garments/products, ensuring consistent color accuracy.
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of the brand and deliver consistent, high-quality artwork to specification.
  • Act as an ambassador for retouch guidelines, supporting detailed retouching notes and feedback provided by the Content & Image Coordinator.
  • Lead day-to-day retouch operations, assigning workload, and maintaining personal retouch workload and checklist priorities.
  • Ensure images are retouched to a high creative standard, delivered on time to the Content & Image Coordinator for upload.
  • Track, monitor, and respond to information requests from the Content & Image Coordinator and E-commerce Studio Operations Manager, maintaining consistent communication with the team and photographers.
  • Develop training and support with Senior Retouchers to enhance the team's technical and creative skills with Adobe Suite software.
  • Suggest retouch processes and software to enhance and update studio processes, collaborating with Ecom Studio peers to advise on the most effective way of achieving required results.

Profile & Key Skills:

  • Minimum 7 years' experience in retouch/edit field with a strong portfolio of creative work.
  • Able to attend our SW19 office at least 3 times a week.
  • Excellent Photoshop knowledge and a strong understanding of color spaces and Mac systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of automotive retouching, specifically on still life, mannequin, and model.
  • Composite retouch experience.
