Vivienne Westwood is a renowned British fashion brand that prioritizes its people and the environment.

We are seeking a Senior Image Retoucher to join our E-commerce team in the Merton Office on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality art working and image editing of photography, adhering to quality control guidelines and feedback.
  • Take ownership of retouching for key website categories from capture through to delivery to agreed timelines.
  • Collaborate with Senior Retouchers to develop a broad range of images and categories during seasonal and online selling seasons.
  • Expand tools and techniques to optimize batch processing, resizing, and cropping.
  • Demonstrate established technical ability in invisible mannequins, model, product, and jewellery images.
  • Work with Senior Retouchers during peak studio intake on outstanding image editing and colour check/match images with garments/products ensuring consistent colour accuracy.
  • Demonstrate clear brand understanding and deliver consistent, quality artwork to specification.
  • Act as an ambassador for retouch guidelines, supporting detailed retouching notes and feedback provided by Content & Image Coordinator.
  • Lead day-to-day retouch operations, assigning workload, and maintaining personal retouch workload and checklist priorities.
  • Ensure images are retouched to a high creative standard, delivered on time to Content & Image Coordinator for upload.
  • Track, monitor, and respond to information requests from Content & Image Coordinator/E-commerce Studio Operations Manager, maintaining constant and consistent communication with your team and photographers.
  • Devise training and support with Senior Retouchers to develop the team's technical and creative skills with Adobe Suite software.
  • Suggest retouch processes and software to enhance and update studio processes, collaborating with Ecom Studio peers to advise on the most effective way of achieving required results.

Profile & Key Skills:

  • Minimum 7 years' experience in the retouch/edit field, with a strong portfolio of creative work.
  • Able to attend our SW19 office at least 3 times a week.
  • Excellent Photoshop knowledge and a strong understanding of colour spaces and Mac systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of automotive retouching, specifically on still life, mannequin, and model.
  • Composite retouch experience.
