Assistant Director of Beverage Operations

Full-time position available at The Pump Room in Bath. We are seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Beverage Operations to join our team and support the day-to-day running of the venue.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the front of house team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and event teams to plan and execute events and functions.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability.
- Lead by example and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- 50% discount across Searcys venues.
