Assistant Director of Beverage Operations

As a key member of our team, the Assistant Director of Beverage will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage services. This includes ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the management of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests have a positive experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative and delicious menu offerings.
- Manage staff performance, providing coaching and training to ensure high standards of quality and service.
- 3 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
