Home Specialist

About this Role
We're seeking a skilled Home Specialist to join our store team, working 24 hours a week on a 3-month FTC. This role involves providing a warm and welcoming environment for customers, creating a memorable experience through in-depth product knowledge and passion for great design and interiors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify customer needs and answer product-related questions using product knowledge, offering advice and guidance on suitable product selection.
- Process sales, communicate accurate information, and create purchase orders from suppliers and quotations for customers.
- Support the improvement and maintenance of brand standards on visual display and merchandising to meet company guidelines.
- Organize meetings for in-house Designers to support kitchen and home design appointments.
- Follow Neptune policies and procedures to maintain stock, cash handling, and customer records.
- Support the upkeep of stores, ensuring they meet brand standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role with a high service-led approach and focus on care and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work proactively, and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Set high standards for yourself and seek to exceed customer expectations.
