About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Virtus Talent. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and qualifying candidates and clients, developing and maintaining key relationships, and delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and qualifying candidates and clients over the phone
  • Developing and maintaining key relationships with candidates and clients
  • Arranging interviews, managing the offer process, gaining leads and taking references
  • Delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience
  • Advertising job roles and requirements through the use of Social Media and the best technology to build your network
  • Managing multiple job opportunities for your clients
