Job Title: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Virtus Talent is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and interviewing candidates, managing the full recruitment cycle, and generating leads from interactions with industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and interviewing candidates
  • Managing the full recruitment cycle from first contact until completion
  • Generating leads from interactions with industry professionals
  • Actively networking with candidates and industry connections
  • Market mapping and using various databases and social media
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2:1 degree or prior sales or commercial experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Financially motivated
