About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Virtus Talent. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and interviewing candidates, managing the full recruitment cycle, and generating leads from industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition: Sourcing and interviewing candidates to fill various roles in the engineering sector.
  • Process Management: Managing the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to placement, including arranging interviews, providing feedback, and closing deals.
  • Research: Actively networking with candidates and industry connections to generate leads and stay up-to-date with market news.
  • Market Intelligence: Generating leads from interactions with industry professionals and keeping up-to-date with market trends.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2:1 degree or prior sales or commercial experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Financially motivated and competitive.
  • Strong work ethic and self-confidence.
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills in recruitment and sales.
