Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Graduate Area Manager to join our education team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. You will also work closely with the wider team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance our services.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery. Meet or exceed targets for productivity and efficiency. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance our services.

Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the education team. Provide leadership and support to team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Work closely with the wider team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance our services. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences, and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Requirements: A degree in a relevant field, such as education or business administration. 1-3 years of experience in education or operations, with a proven track record of achieving results. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
