Job Overview

KBM Resourcing is seeking a part-time Accounts Administrator to join their Aberdeen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring the accuracy of accounts payable.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in accounting software, particularly Sage Accounts and Sage Payroll.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process accounts payable, including invoice verification and payment processing.
  • Maintain accurate financial records.
  • Ensure all transactions are recorded in a timely manner.
  • Assist with week-end closing procedures and reconciliations.
  • Liaise with vendors to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts.
  • Generate financial reports and assist in the preparation of budgets.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks as required.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in an accounting or administrative role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Sage.
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable processes.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent attention to detail.

Salary Range
£25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
