Job Title: Workplace Strategist

Job Summary:

Arcadis is seeking a skilled Workplace Strategist to join our team in driving growth and innovation in our Workplace offer across the UK and Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance our clients' workplaces, focusing on collaboration, creativity, and client-centric design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance clients' workplaces, focusing on collaboration, creativity, and client-centric design.
  • Lead the charge in shaping the future of Workplace design, cultivating strategic relationships with senior-level clients, and driving business growth.
  • Build and lead a team of Workplace Strategists to deliver exceptional solutions that delight our clients.
  • Transform strategies into innovative designs that support the growth of our Workplace Interior Design team to deliver profitable outcomes for Arcadis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture, Interior Design, or other relevant design-related field.
  • Proven track record in client relationship management at a senior level, with a client network aligned with the Arcadis strategy.
  • Experience working with other internal experts to shape multi-disciplinary solutions for clients.
  • Passion for driving innovation through creative workplace strategies, coupled with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated success in senior leadership roles within the design industry, with a focus on workplace design.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to inspire and influence stakeholders.
  • Delivered success in innovation, creativity, and pushing the boundaries of traditional workplace design with a key focus on delivering sustainable outcomes for clients.
