Workplace Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our team as the UK Head of Workplace at Arcadis A&U. As a key member of our Workplace offer, you will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with senior-level clients, driving business growth, and leading a team of Workplace Strategists to deliver exceptional solutions that exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish a robust project pipeline and generate revenue to support ambitious growth to £5m per annum revenue.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key clients at a senior level, delivering bespoke design solutions that meet their needs.
- Build and lead a team of Workplace Strategists and designers, providing strategic guidance and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery while upholding high design standards.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture, Interior Design, or other relevant design-related field.
- A proven track record in client relationship management at a senior level, with a client network aligned with the Arcadis strategy.
- Experience working with other internal experts to shape multi-disciplinary solutions for clients, with a passion for driving innovation through creative workplace strategies.
- Demonstrated success in senior leadership roles within the design industry, with a focus on workplace design.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to inspire and influence stakeholders.
- Delivered success in innovation, creativity, and pushing the boundaries of traditional workplace design with a focus on delivering sustainable outcomes for clients.
