Transform Workspaces with Arcadis

As the UK Head of Workplace at Arcadis, you will be responsible for driving growth and innovation in our Workplace offer across the UK and Europe. You will lead the charge in shaping the future of Workplace design, cultivating strategic relationships with senior-level clients, and building a team of Workplace Strategists to deliver exceptional solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth to £5m per annum.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key clients, delivering bespoke design solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Build and lead a team of Workplace Strategists, providing strategic guidance and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery while upholding high design standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture, Interior Design, or other relevant design-related field.
  • Proven track record in client relationship management at a senior level, with a client network aligned with the Arcadis strategy.
  • Experience working with internal experts to shape multi-disciplinary solutions for clients.
  • Passion for driving innovation through creative Workplace strategies, coupled with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated success in senior leadership roles within the design industry, with a focus on Workplace design.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to inspire and influence stakeholders.
