Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our team at Redefined Ltd. As a key member of our data engineering team, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of key software and business change projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate on the design and development of high-quality data pipelines utilizing Microsoft Azure and other sources to enrich the Workday platform.
- Utilize experience of the Workday platform to integrate the application within the wider data and business environment.
- Translate business process requirements into technical implementations to support new working practices.
- Understand how to optimize data retrieval, storage, and accessibility for users and data professionals.
- Generate thorough and high-quality solution documentation including source-to-target mappings.
- Work closely with information and data architects to develop adaptive, scalable solutions, providing users with timely, accurate, high-quality data.
- Actively identify ways to improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality.
- Ongoing maintenance of published solutions and provide regular helpdesk support.
Requirements
- Experience of integrating data into the Workday platform from a range of data sources, with a focus on low latency processes.
- Knowledge of Workday implementation tools (Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Studio, Workday Report Writer, and Prism).
- Workday Integrations Certified, with a minimum of 1 year's experience on projects.
- Experience of working and delivering projects within an Agile methodology.
- Azure deployments.
