About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Support Worker & Senior Support Worker (Children's Residential) in our West Midlands Complex Care setting.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with complex needs. You will work closely with our experienced team to create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes independence, confidence, and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support and care to children and young people with complex needs
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each individual
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes respect, empathy, and understanding

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
