Business Development Director

Company Overview:

We're seeking a relationship-driven individual to join our Customer Success/Business Development team as a Business Development Director.

Salary:

£47,350 per annum, plus bonuses

Job Description:

This role involves visiting sites across the North-West region, working from home and building partnerships with existing clients, managing accounts, maximising revenue and future business opportunities. You will also drive new sales opportunities and maintain accurate customer records, generate reports, work towards targets and KPI's.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Previous sales experience with a commercial mindset
  • A strong negotiator who can make fact-based decisions for the good of the business
  • A track record of managing performance by hitting targets, forecasting future sales and generating new business
  • A track record of managing customer relationships
  • An understanding of property, either commercial or residential
  • A UK Driving Licence is essential
