Key Responsibilities
  • Review and prioritize instructions, correspondence, and escalate as needed to meet KPIs and critical dates.
  • Investigate and transfer quantum, liability, and Third Party indemnity issues promptly, ensuring files transferred to litigation are well-prepared.
  • Utilize our advanced case management system to maintain accurate records, meet SLAs, and document actions and strategies.
