Job Title: Senior 3D Motion Designer / 3D Generalist

We are seeking a skilled Senior 3D Motion Designer / 3D Generalist to drive creativity and elevate project outcomes for FourPointZero Recruitment Ltd. This role involves managing projects from concept to completion, infusing each piece with a distinctive visual flair.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Deliver high-quality 3D motion design, incorporating compelling visual storytelling.
  2. Take projects from start to finish, ensuring effective communication throughout.
  3. Collaborate with a diverse portfolio of clients, contributing innovative solutions and ideas.
  4. Manage time effectively to lead projects independently or in a team.
  5. Continuously strive to push creative boundaries, bringing new techniques and ideas into play.

Required Skills & Experience

  1. Strong creative flair with an eye for detail in composition, lighting, and texturing focused on photorealism.
  2. Solid proficiency in motion design principles, with a thorough understanding of project planning and execution.
  3. Advanced skills in industry-standard tools, including 3DS Max, Maya, or C4D, and rendering software such as Corona, VRay, or Redshift.
  4. Proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, and relevant 3D tools.
  5. Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members, balancing independence with a collaborative mindset.
