Pension Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Pension Administrator to join our team at WTW. As a Pension Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the administration of occupational pension schemes, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer occupational pension schemes, including dealing with new joiners, leavers, and retirees.
- Calculate renewals and member contributions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and members, responding to queries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Recognize and escalate potential problems and complaints, ensuring that all complaints are immediately notified to Senior Administrators.
- Monitor workflow to ensure service levels are achieved and maintain accurate records.
- Assist the wider team in more complex project work when required.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including good written and verbal communication.
- Customer and quality-focused.
- Computer literate.
