Your primary focus will be on managing the day-to-day activities of the development, including organizing events, coordinating maintenance, and providing administrative support. You will also be the main point of contact for residents, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring that all interactions are professional and courteous.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner

* Manage the day-to-day activities of the development, including organizing events and coordinating maintenance

* Provide administrative support, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting

* Serve as the main point of contact for residents, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring that all interactions are professional and courteous

* Work closely with the Area Manager to ensure that the development is running smoothly and efficiently

* Identify and implement opportunities for improvement, ensuring that the development is always operating at its best

* Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and compliant with company policies

* Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the development is meeting its goals and objectives

* Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

* Perform other duties as assigned by the Area Manager
