About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the position of Lodge Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, ensuring the smooth operation of our retirement developments, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the lodge, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and resident engagement.
  • Coordinate and organize events, activities, and services to enhance the quality of life for our residents.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the property, including health and safety checks and reporting.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, record-keeping, and communication with residents and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering high-quality service to residents.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the retirement living or social housing sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, and able to learn new systems and processes quickly.
