About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Kitchen Sales Designer to join our team at Benchmarx Kitchens & Joinery. As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing expert advice, and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and quote kitchen solutions for homeowners and trades professionals, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of customers, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to meet sales targets.
  • Visit customers' homes or building sites to draw up inspirational designs and present them to customers.
  • Ensure the safety of colleagues and customers by adhering to all safety policies and procedures.

  • A competitive starting salary from £26.5k, with uncapped commission and the potential to earn £32-35k in your first year.
