About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Kitchen Sales Designer to join our team at Benchmarx Kitchens & Joinery. As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing expert advice and guidance on kitchen design and sales, and working closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and quote kitchens for homeowners and trades professionals, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Regularly visit customers' homes or building sites to draw up inspirational designs and present them to customers.
  • Ensure safety is at the forefront of everything we do, adhering to all stay safe policies and procedures.
What We Offer
  • Competitive starting salary from £26.5k, pro rata, with uncapped commission and the potential to earn £32-35k in the first year.

Requirements
  • Transferable skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, and a thirst for chasing sales and providing first-class service.
  • Methodical and tenacious approach, being meticulous in design to convert sales.
  • Great communication skills, able to talk to diverse individuals and establish long-lasting relationships.
  • Friendly and outgoing personality, with the drive and energy to succeed, and a strong self-starter who enjoys working collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Desire and motivation to exceed sales targets to maximize earning potential.
