About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Kitchen Sales Designer to join our team at Benchmarx Kitchens & Joinery. As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing expert advice and guidance on kitchen design and sales, and working closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and quote kitchen projects for homeowners and trades professionals, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of customers, working closely with external and internal stakeholders to meet sales targets.
  • Visit customers' homes or building sites to draw up inspirational designs on CAD and present them to customers.
  • Ensure the safety of colleagues and customers, adhering to all stay safe policies and procedures.

  • Starting salary from £26.5k, with uncapped commission and the potential to earn £32-35k in your first year.
