We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled individual to fill the position of Head of Construction Training and Curriculum - National Role at Pertemps Newcastle & Gateshead. This is a full-time opportunity that requires national travel.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective construction training and curriculum strategies to meet the needs of the organization and its stakeholders.
- Lead a team of construction training professionals to deliver high-quality training programs and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence.
- A competitive salary of up to £74,000 per annum, plus an enhanced car allowance of £7,100 per annum.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (rising to 30 days), option to purchase additional holiday, and employer pension contributions of up to 7%.
- A hybrid working arrangement, with the opportunity to work from home and travel regionally.
