Overview: We are recruiting for a Time and Attendance Configuration Apprentice at our Northampton Head Office. In this role, you will learn to configure the latest time & attendance system, working under the supervision of the T&A Lead. You will also study a fully funded L4 Business Analyst Apprenticeship.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product & configuration testing aligned with T&A programme direction
  • Identifying gaps in the Site Information Document and resolving them with site/Business Analysts
  • Scheduling and delivering playback sessions and creating testing
  • System build under T&A programme direction, later taking responsibility of an area or location in accordance with the programme roll out.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Effective time management and meeting deadlines
  • Good technical skills and attention to detail
  • Able to travel to sites as required.
