Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Administrator to join our team at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells Imaging Centres.

As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of patient administrative processes, preparing and submitting performance reports, and managing the Patient Tracking List (PTL).

Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of patient data into the patient management system.
  • Manage administrative tasks within the unit, including dealing with telephone, direct, and face-to-face enquiries.
  • Support training and mentorship for junior staff as needed.

$42,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, with opportunities for professional development and career growth.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong organizational and time management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
