We are seeking an experienced Cafe Manager to join our team at Weston Business Centres. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to lead our catering facilities and work closely with the Centre Manager to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the cafe team to ensure excellent service delivery and high standards of customer care.
  • Prepare and present food and beverages to a high standard, ensuring quality and presentation meet our customer expectations.
  • Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and reducing waste to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Centre Manager to implement new ideas and opportunities for internal and external clients.
What We Offer
  • A highly competitive annual salary of £42,000 - £45,000 depending on experience.

Requirements
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record in supervising staff to achieve excellent performance and customer service.
  • Knowledgeable in managing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and reducing waste.
