Business Administrator Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Business Administrator to join our team at Next Employment. This is a busy and varied role that would be ideal for someone with a hands-on approach and who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Answering phone calls and responding to client inquiries
  • Chasing clients for books and records, ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Scanning and filing documents, maintaining accurate records
  • Finalizing and sending out Accounts and Personal Tax Packs to clients for approval
  • Assisting the Hub Credit Controller with debtors queries and resolving issues
  • Finalizing invoices and WIP Write-outs, ensuring accurate financial records
  • Applying for HMRC and CH authentication codes, maintaining compliance
  • Allocating disbursements to clients, ensuring accurate financial transactions
  • Maintaining and reconciling office petty cash, ensuring accurate financial records
  • Booking appointments with clients, ensuring efficient communication
  • Organizing the safe return of clients' books and records, maintaining confidentiality
  • Keeping track of laptops and other IT equipment provided to team members, ensuring security
  • Assisting the Area Practice Manager Lead with projects, contributing to team success

You will have proven administration experience, be calm and able to work under pressure, and be confident when dealing with staff and clients. Proficient with all MS Packages is required.
