We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Administrator to join our team at Next Employment Ltd. This is a dynamic and varied role that requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:
• Responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Coordinating with clients to obtain necessary documents and information
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files
• Preparing and sending out financial reports and statements to clients
• Collaborating with the credit control team to resolve debtor queries
• Processing invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner
• Obtaining necessary authorizations and clearances from HMRC and other authorities
• Allocating disbursements to clients and maintaining accurate records
• Managing office supplies and maintaining a well-organized workspace
• Coordinating appointments and meetings with clients and staff
• Ensuring the safe return of client documents and records
• Maintaining accurate records of company assets and equipment
• Supporting the practice manager with projects and initiatives
You will have proven administration experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages is required.
