HR Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our People & HR team at MWH Treatment. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with stakeholders and line managers to build capabilities, plan and manage talent, and develop/support approaches that achieve shared organizational objectives.
  • Drive the people agenda in line with the business and HR strategy, including talent management and organizational development.
  • Collaborate with central teams to design and implement key initiatives relating to areas such as talent, performance management, diversity and inclusion, and wellbeing.
  • Take ownership of implementing the people plan in partnership with managers.
  • Coach managers and individuals to achieve their full potential.
  • Maintain positive relationships with central HR functions.
  • Support the HR service team to manage employee relations issues when required.
  • Take an active role in future talent processes, such as graduate recruitment.
  • Undertake and lead HR project work as identified.
  • Work closely with the L&D team to provide support in the coordination of training and development for managers and their teams.
  • Meet regularly with the HR Director to ensure the consistency and alignment of all HR processes and strategies.
