Freight Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Freight and Shipping Coordinator to join our team at WR Logistics. As a key member of our Global Project Logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods from origin to destination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and prioritize daily workload to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Prepare and issue shipping documents, including customs declarations and commercial invoices
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers to ensure seamless logistics operations
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely shipment tracking
- Monitor and control costs associated with freight and shipping operations
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Requirements:
- Proven experience in freight and shipping coordination, with a focus on project logistics
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Proficiency in logistics software and systems
