As a seasoned Project Freight Forwarder, you will play a pivotal role in our Global Project Logistics team. Your expertise in air freight, international road freight, sea freight, customs documents, and incoterms will be instrumental in ensuring seamless logistics operations.

Key responsibilities include assessing priorities, preparing shipping documents, issuing quotations, handling queries, and ensuring clients' timetables are met. You will also be responsible for booking transports, cross-checking suppliers' paperwork, and preparing pre-alerts.

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in project freight forwarding, air freight, international road freight, sea freight, customs documents, and incoterms. If you have a passion for logistics and a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply.

  • Assess and determine order of priorities on a daily basis with regards to workload
  • Prepare shipping documents
  • Issue quotations
  • Handle queries
  • Client visits when required
  • Ensure clients' timetables are achieved
  • Booking relevant transports from global locations
  • Cross-checking suppliers' paperwork
  • Prepare and send pre-alerts
  • Ensure all job files are completed in accordance with QA and project requirements
  • Check and confirm shipment arrivals to destination
