The restaurant itself is a beautifully designed space with bespoke tableware and one of the largest wine lists in the country. The hourly rate for this position starts at £13.84 per hour.

As a Hospitality Host, you will be the first point of contact upon member arrival and therefore responsible for ensuring the highest level of service is provided to our members and their guests. You will confidently handle enquiries and instinctively recognise the needs of our members.

We are ideally looking for candidates who have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a private members' club or busy, high-profile restaurant.
  • A genuine passion for creating an excellent member experience.
  • Impeccable appearance, an engaging personality, and the ability to remain calm at all times.
  • The ability to multitask and effectively react to changing member needs.
  • Be a natural and confident communicator both face-to-face and on the telephone.
  • Be organised and motivated, seeing tasks through to completion.
  • Possess an excellent command of the English language.
  • Be an excellent team player with good administration skills.
  • Previous experience of online reservation booking systems is highly desirable.
  • A keen interest in the theatre, arts, current affairs, and politics is desirable.
