Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Patient Care Coordinator to lead our multidisciplinary team in delivering exceptional patient care. You will be responsible for coordinating patient care, ensuring seamless transitions between departments, and promoting a culture of safety and respect within our team.

Key Responsibilities:

You must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin and have experience working in a similar role.
