">We're seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Companion Care Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity to make a difference in the lives of local people living in Cullompton and surrounding areas.
In this role, you'll deliver high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes, maintaining their independence, dignity, and self-worth. You'll enjoy a competitive salary of £12.90 per hour, depending on location, plus paid mileage, and a range of benefits including flexible hours, enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, and a cycle to work scheme.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing companionship and engaging our clients in activities they enjoy
- Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Managing medications and providing reminders
- Preparing nutritious meals and snacks
- Maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment through housekeeping tasks
- Assisting with mobility and supporting our clients in getting around
