Duty Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Duty Manager to join our team at Chace People. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service delivery across all aspects of our luxury lifestyle and wellness retreat.
Key Responsibilities:Finance and Governance- Manage financial procedures for procurement, stock, and resource management to optimize revenue and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with department heads to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations to inform business decisions.
- Ensure site safety and service quality by addressing guest issues promptly and effectively.
- Lead emergency procedures and overnight shifts as scheduled, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills.
- Implement and maintain Health and Safety policies to ensure a safe working environment for team members and guests.
- Implement Health and Safety policies for team and guest safety, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support F&B service standards and drive sales through effective marketing and promotional strategies.
- Lead vineyard activities and wine tastings, showcasing our luxury offerings to guests.
- Maintain guest relations facilities and CRM system to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Act as the main point of contact for guest issues and feedback, providing exceptional customer service.
- Conduct site tours and manage guest resources, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- Take responsibility for Health and Safety policies, ensuring compliance and best practices.
- Uphold quality control standards, fostering a warm and welcoming environment for guests and team members.
- Be available for weekend, evening, and night shifts, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating respect and enthusiasm for the role.
